we are never alone and we are always getting the support we need

Hi and blessings to you
I want to talk about this idea and spiritual truth that we are never alone and always supported and loved
This may sound a bit strange and hard to believe at times we feel separate or cut off from others and from SPIRIT
No matter what is happening in your life, breathe in and affirm "I am surrounded by love and support from the Universe always".
You are never alone. All you need to do is start believing that and you will experience it for your self in the most wonderful ways.
Go out in nature today and be still and let yourself feel the sacred and beauty all around you. Take it in, connect with it. We are one with everything....
All we need to do is start to practice taking that in and acknowledging it.
