Hi and blessings
I just came home from a funeral of a client of mine who was in her mid 40's.
As I stood in the back of the chapel I was reminded of just how sacred and precious life is.
It also struck me that if Ros did not know how loved she was while she was alive she certainly knows now.
The chapel was over flowing with people who came to celebrate her life and who loved her.
How many of us never know till we die that we are loved and adored?
As the saying goes, there is no time like the present to know how loved you are and that you make a difference just by being YOU.
It was also a reminder today that you only live fully and love fully when you live in the present.
We are not living fully when we live in the past or dwell too much in the future. Life is right now!
Grab it, make the most of it, let people you love know how you feel, be brave, be bold, take risks, dare to be more!!!!
The last song they played at the funeral was "Don't Worry Be Happy". I just smiled and thought how perfect...We can still grief, but also be happy to be alive and happy for LIFE and the wonderful opportunities to cry, laugh, and be REAL.
