time of change

Hi
In this time of such tremendous change and what seems like chaos on the planet, it is so important to make sure we stay in balance and have plenty of rest, time to meditate and to be still. If you are so used to doing it all yourself, make the effort to ask for help....we were not meant to do it all ourselves
I am seeing a great deal of illness especially people with cancer in my healing practice and yoga classes.
I do believe that everything that happens is an incredible opportunity to grow and to learn more about ourselves and make positive changes
This is a great time to stop and ask the questions:

What blessing or gift is revealing itself to me in this situation?

What am I learning from this experience?

A wonderful affirmation you can use is - I am open to see the blessing, gift and miracle in this moment and in this situation. I am open and ready to grow and be more authentic and loving.

Let us together send loving light and energy to Mother Earth and around the world.

What one person can do....

Hi and abundant blessings to you
I wanted to talk about love and the difference one person can make. Sometimes in life
we say something or do something that makes such a profound difference to someone else and we never know about it.....
When we come from a loving open heart, magic happens!
I wanted to share with you about someone who is an inspiration to me. His name is Michael and he is the founder of Nepal Orphans home. Michael is from the US and went to Nepal as a volunteer many years ago and saw the plight of the children there and the dreadful conditions orphaned children were living in. He also found out about the girls who are sold to slavery and wanted to give them a better life. He followed his heart and soul and gave up his life in the US and now has over 150 children that he loves and takes care of.
I have been financially supporting the orphanage for the past few years and last October went there to meet Michael in person and get to know the children.
I have never experienced so much love before. Michael loves each and every one of these children as if they are his own. I call him the hugging man, as he hugs each child many times a day. Hugs are vital for our wellbeing!!!!
When you think about the lives these children experienced before coming to Nepal Orphans home, it is such a blessing to see them so happy, healthy and joyful!!!
I love John Denver's song What One Man Can DO....this is for sure..we can all make differences in this world.
Thank God for Michael Hess and his beautiful heart and soul and the difference he is making in the lives of so many children. They now have an opportunity to learn, grow and lead wonderful lives....

Please help donate if you can and make a difference to these beautiful children. You can sponsor a child as well and that money goes to feeding, clothing and schooling that child.

Spiritual Mind Treatment also known as affirmative prayer

Hi and blessings to you
I am back in Australia and first off I would love it if we could all stop in this moment, close our eyes and send healing and loving energy to Japan and to the planet!!!!
Here is a prayer treatment for those in Japan and all over the world who are being affected by tragedy
Mother, Father, God
How good it is to recognize the one power and one presence that is every where in and through everything
We call it good, we call it Spirit, we call it GOD
I know this loving presence is my life, my source and my supply
I am the I AM of Spirit
There is no separation, only ONENESS
As I know this for myself I know this for all people
I speak this word for the people in Japan, Christchurch and all over this world who have been affected by tragedy and know that light, love and healing energy is flooding those areas right here and right now. I know
the people of Japan have all the help and support right now and those that have lost their lives are being supported and loved as they make their transition.
I claim healing and light energy to the earth and call forth Peace that goes beyond human understanding for all people.
I am grateful to know this truth and know that Divine Grace is present always
I release this prayer and know that it is done

Hi and blessings
I am in LA visiting my family. It is always such a great opportunity when coming
back home to see it in a new way each time.
I am reallly seeing the blessing in each moment I spend with my parents. It is heart breaking sometimes to see my mom's journey through alzheimers. I am grateful that she remembers me and I  see a spark in her eyes. I have so much love and respect for my dad and how his life at 82 has dramatically changed; as he is now taking care of her.
Funny about life, it has so many twists and turns along the way.
We just do not know what will change in the next moment.
Our mission and choice is to be able to live with an open and loving heart and see the blessings that are always there.
Every moment we have a choice to choose fear or to choose LOVE
I choose LOVE
